I have found the final project of the Academic Year both a labour of love and loathing. One of my main strengths has always lain within my independent spirit and my refusal to give up. I am extremely proud of the progress I have made from producing my first design collection up to my most recent and final collection.

FINAL COLLECTION CONCEPT
I am immensely proud of my Final Collection and am excited to find out more about what Photoshop can offer. I am now a convert of this magnificent tool……WATCH THIS SPACE.
My brief dictated that I needed to find 9 images to convey my chosen Trend: BUSY BLOOMS. I tried my best to avoid the cliche images of most mood boards, and decided to fuse together the unusual, the patterned, the colourful and the classic. I have always firmly believed in looking back to look forward; visiting the past allows me as a designer to absorb, interpret and re-condition techniques, processes and ideas into a new and forward thinking manner. The colours I have chosen are both classic and modern, and will feature in my design exploration and final designs:
GOLD, PURPLE, BLUE, GREEN, YELLOW, RED, PINK & BLACK
Creating this Moodboard on Photoshop was a nightmare, considering I have never used the tech before. Luckily my glamorous friend and course colleague Tahlia was at hand to help.
For my theme, I have to thank Madonna and my love for Expressive Art:
EXPRESS YOURSELF!! I want to convey my love to create through a range of different styles whilst keeping my identity (visual handwriting) alive and potent. I will endeavour to utilise black linear qualities throughout to create contrast, drama and EXPRESSION; research, both written and creative, will form a large portion of my design process.
